In November 2008, the films were viewed by US Governors including
Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and also by
President-elect Barack Obama at the
Governors' Global Climate Summit in Los Angeles. The films were shown by Oxfam America's VP for Policy and Communications (

Imagine Festival of the Arts (2008)
Performed live at the opening of the Imagine Festival of the Arts 2008 in the London Borough of Sutton. Leading up to this event, Imran was commissioned to work in Sutton's Taking Part project which is aimed to encourage and inspire individuals to participate in the arts. Taking Part engaged 20 groups across Sutton's communities, many of whom have had little or no regular access to the arts.
Imran, along with Indian Classical singer,
Chandra Chakraborty, worked with one group in a number of music sessions which concluded in a public music recital and the opening to the Imagine Festival."
